Class Information

This class introduces research methodologies applicable to the Data Science field as preparation for the capstone project and mini dissertation for the MIT in Big Data Science at the University of Pretoria.

Outcomes

Learning how to conduct research is important. It will take into account constructing clear problem definitions. A solid research context and limitations. A sound methodology that will allow for analysis to support ones findings. These are skills that are valuable in any modern Data Scientists toolbelt.
